Cultivating Calm Workshop Series
Connect with peers, gain self-awareness, learn tools for managing stress and anxiety, and realize you are not alone. Participation in all 4 workshop dates is encouraged, but feel free to join any sessions that you can attend. This series will be held in-person at CAPS/Student Counseling (3624 Market Street, 1st Floor West), but could be moved to virtual if needed. Participants must register in advance to receive email updates.

Week 3- Revealing & Healing: How Social Support Can Help
Week 4-Play All Day: Using Childhood Toys as Coping Skills
