Policy

CAPS is a part of the Penn Wellness Center which reports directly to the Provost’s Office. CAPS maintains an organizational chart describing the departmental reporting structure (see Appendix). 

Procedure

The Senior Clinical Director, in conversation with the CAPS Leadership Team and Penn Wellness Center leadership, will determine the departmental structure outlined in the organization chart.  The organizational structure includes clinical, administrative and training staff. The Senior Clinical Director will authorize any revisions to the organizational chart.
