Support & Empowerment For Racial Trauma Among Black Students

This group seeks to name the ways in which the experience of racism impacts the psychological and physiological well-being of Black Students at Penn. This group is a good fit for students who identify as Black/African-American/part of the African Diaspora, and have struggled with issues related to race or racism. We aim to provide support, psychoeducation, skills, and a space to process and unpack the implications of being Black in America in an effort to establish safety and empowerment for Black students navigating various systems and institutions.
