Waiting To Exhale: A BIPOC Support Group

Waiting to Exhale is a support group for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) students. We aim to create an open, supportive space where we can discuss themes/concerns through an intersectional, multicultural, social justice lens, with an emphasis on racial/ethnic identity.

Such themes/concerns may include:

  • Race-Related Stress
  • Macro/Microaggressions
  • Isolation
  • Resilience
  • Empowerment
  • Helplessness/Powerlessness
  •  Belonging
